Southern Highlands

One of the newest developments in Las Vegas, Southern Highlands is a wonderful addition to the southwestern part of the valley.

Southern Highlands is made up of two communities: The Estates and The Villages. The Estates is a guard gated community made up of custom home sites. The Villages is made up of single family neighborhoods in a variety of price ranges.

There are many custom home lots located on the private, 230-acre Robert Trent championship golf course. Golf Digest recently named this course the Best New Private Golf Club. The golf Clubhouse is 40,000 square feet and includes a whirlpool sauna, a business center with reference library, and a wine room with private sommelier. Golf Club members may also have access to the Southern Highlands Spa facilities. The 13,000 square foot spa hosts a fitness and cardio center, group exercise and yoga classes, massages, a steam room, pools, outdoor cabanas, a hot tub, and a children’s pool area.
