These are our guidelines for trading links. For consideration
of your listing, please read. |

page you place our listing on must be spiderable by the
search engines. Any tricks like redirects, no content
pages, or meta-tags that disallow robots. Web site pages
such as these will simply be ignored. |
| All links are checked
on a regular basis for quality and reciprocation. The
better the link, the more likely you'll receive a reciprocate
link. |
| We value long term
linking partners. If your site is spam or fly-by-night,
we will detect your intentions and deny or remove your
listing. |
| Absolutely no database
links: Our URL must not be placed on subsections of a
database example: link_page.php?=235 and so forth. The
page may have includes if they are located on the home
page only. |
| Your site must
be related to real estate, agents, selling, buying, and/or
other related sites. If you submit a site that in no way
connected to real estate, your submission will be rejected.
So please don't waste your time or ours and lets make
